As a Learning Expert, you will be responsible for orchestrating a dynamic and enriching learning
experience, ensuring the seamless execution and continuous improvement of the Start it
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and planning the curriculum for each cohort, aligning it with our objectives and ensuring its continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing and proposing changes, presenting 'problem-solution-cost/trade-off' analyses or pitches to the Management Team.
  • Leading the committee of alumni, current startups, mentors, and team members to evaluate and refine the Academy's content and structure.
  • Effectively communicating the Academy's offerings and updating the Master Year plan.
  • Championing practical learning and value creation during Academy sessions, delivering workshop artifact.
  • Fostering expertise within the community by inviting experts, organizing monthly sessions, and refining the content based on feedback.
  • Managing the Academy budget and seeking opportunities to increase funding through partner engagement.


  • Experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen to manage the overall Academy budget.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (English is our working language).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Belgium.
