UP! is aimed at women entrepreneurs who are leading an impactful technological project, whether it is in the start-up phase or more advanced. If you have a clear idea and are ready to develop it, this program is for you!

We aim to create lasting impact by supporting female entrepreneurship and strengthening the presence of women in the technology sector.

Program structure

Tech focus

A comprehensive training programme focusing on AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, leadership and team management, with a 75% satisfaction rate among participants.

Personalised coaching

Each participant will receive a minimum of 32 hours of intensive coaching with experienced business coaches over the 15 months.

Networking and mentoring

The project will create multiple networking and mentoring opportunities to strengthen the participants' professional networks, facilitating their contacts with experts and investors.

Workshops

Covering a wide range of topics, from business creation and management to the integration and use of new technologies in business. Topics such as business model innovation, financing, sustainable planning, cybersecurity, ia and blockchain will provide participants with practical, cutting-edge and immediately applicable knowledge.

UP! - Women in Brussels & Le techspace

Ce projet s'adresse aux femmes entrepreneurs sous-représentées à Bruxelles qui souhaitent créer un projet entrepreneurial dans le secteur technologique. Il vise en particulier les femmes issues de communes à fort taux de chômage (Molenbeek, Anderlecht, Forest, Bruxelles-Ville, Schaerbeek) ainsi que les profils fortement discriminés sur le marché de l'emploi.

Les projets que nous ciblons sont des projets à fort impact, et nous voulons soutenir ceux dont les projets technologiques ont un réel impact positif sur la société.
